We will try something new today. As most of you know it, we are in Vienna, at the Startup Week challenge. Today is the day of the first round and we are all very excited about this. We will keep blogging from here.

Great news, we have been selected “as one of the hottest 50 startups in the universe”! We will be pitching PocketGuide at the Startup Week Vienna next month. We’ll keep you updated on the preparations and how it goes.

We are excited to announce that the new version of PocketGuide is already available on the app store! This is the biggest update so far! We implemented the most requested new features in this version:

- Tour sneak peeks - now anyone can access the first 3 sights of any tour without purchasing it. 

- 3D tour previews - you can check out the tour you are about to purchase! You can see the route, main sights of each tour on their info page.

- 2D Experience previews - a 2D preview with your track and experiences so that you can check out what you share!

- Streaming content downloads in the background - enables you to use the application while the audio content is being downloaded.

- Download without purchase - not sure if you want to buy a tour? Now you can download it onto your phone in case you change your mind, so that you’ll only have to unlock the content.
